It has been a long held convention that the only way to get stronger meant putting your body under tremendous loads of weight and move it. Although that may be fundamentally true, the approach to getting stronger is getting more refined as we continue to learn more about the body and it’s mechanisms and what that means towards strength development, recover and overall physical wellness.
